This class is a fun and challenging way to build endurance and keep fit. You'll condition your muscles and tone your body by doing a routine of alternating swim strokes, sprints, and by using kick boards, pull buoys and hand paddles. Participants must be intermediate-level swimmers and be comfortable in DEEP water.
