The objective of Hawks Soccer Camp is to provide 8th to 12th grade soccer players with the necessary tools and understanding needed for successful participation at both the club and high school level. Our nationally licensed staff of professional educators will work to meet our objective through progressive training sessions designed to target soccer's technical, tactical and physical elements. The daily format will include individual practice exercises, small sided games and always finish with games to goal. Topics to be covered during the camp can include the following:
A- Technical training-passing, shooting, dribbling, defending, goalkeeping.
B- Tactical training based on a number of the Principles of Play --support, possesion, penetration, mobility, improvisation, width, depth, counterattacking, pressure, cover and balance.
C- Soccer specific strenght training exercises with a focus on balance, coordination, agility and power.
D- Flexibility and recovery day exercises.
