Did you know that each foot has 26 bones in them? And each individual bone has a joint between them. There is fluid between our bones around the muscles and joints. This fluid gets thick with age, causing discomfort, lack of mobility and imbalance! Think of your feet as shock absorbers. They need to be agile so you can swiftly and smoothly move yourself from one place to another. When you can no longer roll through your fee using each muscle and joint, you'll walk flat footed, causing issues in the knees, hips, back and neck.
