It's All About The Feet

Did you know that each foot has 26 bones in them? And each individual bone has a joint between them. There is fluid between our bones around the muscles and joints. This fluid gets thick with age, causing discomfort, lack of mobility and imbalance! Think of your feet as shock absorbers. They need to be agile so you can swiftly and smoothly move yourself from one place to another. When you can no longer roll through your feet using each muscle and joint, you'll walk flat footed, causing problems in the knees, hips, back and neck.
I've taught 40 years of Body Awareness classes including personal training, yoga, dance and athletics. Our feet are our roots and they need to be agile and strong. Learn a proven and very effective routine to help stretch and strengthen and unwind tight feet. You will stand taller, move easier and feel more secure with less pain and rigidity.
