Cultivating a clear, calm and tranquil mind while infusing it with radiant force (prana) will be our objective in this class. Through the practice of asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and seated meditation, we will learn to concentrate this force to enlighten and heal ourselves. We will explore our chakra energy centers, bandhas, sacred yoga poses and pranayama to start living a life of vitality with a greater awareness of our Higher Self.
