Lap swimming is an excellent and enjoyable way to maintain dynamic health, lower stress and provide exercise for the whole body. Swimming will also help to strengthen your heart without putting excess strain on your muscles. SWIM HOURS: Mon-Fri 5:30 - 7:00 AM, Mon - Thurs. 5:30 - 7:00 PM, Saturdays 7:00 - 10:00 AM, and Sundays 8:00AM - 10:00AM. Drop-ins are $8.
No class will be held on these dates: November 12 in observance of Veteran's Day, November 22 and 23 for Thanksgiving, December 25 for Christmas.
Please note the limited hours for the following dates: December 24 we will only be open from 7:00 - 10:00 AM for morning swim, December 26 we will only be open from 5:30 - 7:00 PM for evening swim, December 31 we will only be open from 7:00 - 10:00 AM for morning swim.
