Hatha Yoga is the physical balancing of the body and mind through movement, postures (asanas), and the breath. Hatha Yoga strengthens the body, creates a more flexible spine, stimulates circulation, and at the same time releases muscle tension and increases energy levels. Learn breathing practices, standing and floor postures, and yoga therapy techniques. Suited for all levels. Bring a mat and wear non-restrictive clothing.
