Are you overloaded with stress?  Feeling worn out, tired and overloaded by all the things you need to do?  Taught by a therapist, this class offers strategies to reduce tension, create a better life-work balance and learn the mental and emotional techniques to help make your life more satisfying.  There are certain lifestyle fixes and lessons that you can learn the easy way - before you hit burnout.  This class is suitable for someone who has already burned-out, or is concerned they are heading in that direction.
