We aren’t taught body alignment in school, which seems un-natural because we have bodies that will age, tighten and cause mis - alignment. Bad posture causes physical break down, similar to an old car that will fall apart if not attended to! We can buy a new car, not a new body!! Learning proper body alignment techniques are more mental than physical. Once you understand what to do, good posture becomes “mind over matter”.
